I booked a one and a half hour deep tissue massage with hot stones, hot pack and Thai tiger balm. There were no hot stones, hot pack or tiger balm but the massage was so good that I didn’t mind. The massage was interrupted by at least four phone calls and five walk ins, all requiring a break in the massage. I absolutely recommend Cindy if you struggle with shoulder and neck tension. She’s super skilled and managed to “hit” every single spot that caused my tightness and discomfort. First time walked-in and I walked out feeling completely refreshed after just one hour! Highly recommend! It’s so hard to find a professional massage therapist! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

I messaged the place on Monday asking to book in for a massage for Saturday at 11:45am. They replied "okay" and when I got there on Saturday they said that they didn't have a spot and they were fully booked until 12:30 and asked me to wait or come back. I showed them the message and they more or less said it wasn't their fault because the person who took your booking didn't write it down. While I can empathise that there's nothing they can do, this lack of organisation and inability to communicate is a huge joke and I wasted... read more
