Had a deep tissue massage and was one of the best massages I have ever had! The staff were really nice too - all at a reasonable price, thank you
I messaged the place on Monday asking to book in for a massage for Saturday at 11:45am. They replied "okay" and when I got there on Saturday they said that they didn't have a spot and they were fully booked until 12:30 and asked me to wait or come back. I showed them the message and they more or less said it wasn't their fault because the person who took your booking didn't write it down. While I can empathise that there's nothing they can do, this lack of organisation and inability to communicate is a huge joke and I wasted... read more
