Very polite and friendly technician. Wanted to fix my problem and get me up and running again.
Eli was great! He listened intently to my description of the issues I was having with the air-conditioning system. He then gave a possible solution as to what the issue may be and explained what. He was going to check and why as he troubleshot the problem. Eli was extremely polite and worked hard in the 100+ degree heat index weather. Every employee at North Strand Mechanical works hard to satisfy their customers, both with fixing the issues with the system and to be very friendly and thorough.
Chris Smith did a fantastic job. I highly recommend him great knowledgeable technician.
