I'm returning to my previous dentist. Although the staff was friendly I felt like I was visiting a Lexus service department. I must look like a rube...so you pile on the expensive add ons. I'm a senior on a very limited budget...so $400/tooth to rub a little filler on it? And why not push 8 to 10k worth of implants and crowns I don't need.
my spouse got her teeth cleaned and a check up here .They charged an extra $367.38 out of pocket above the 100% health coverage .seems to me like you found a loop hole in the system to screw us. thanks for taking advantage of us! i also called you people because i had a cracked filling that hurt the side of my mouth causing a lot of pain, as soon as i mention insurance you ignore what i called you for and then booked me in for a teeth cleaning, . not caring that maybe that i was in pain ,shame on you for being greedy
Please check before booking here. I was charged over and above for the 100% dental plan coverage I have. An extra $30 for the exam and almost $100 on top of what the government pays for the cleaning. She did not finish, as she spent so much time stopping and talking and then wanting me to respond while shes working in my mouth and not all dental related. She didn't finish and then said I would need an extra 4-8 units of scaling and they could book me in 2 months to finish it! Ridiculous... It's only been a year and a bit sin... read more
Today was our first visit to North Stony Dental and my family left absolutely blown away by the care and attention given...from reception through to our wonderful hygienist Hannah and our check in with the dentist all was flawless and superb...my daughter has extreme anxiety and sensory issues surrounding dentists and they all went above and beyond to work with her, explaining everything and taking a moment when needed. Hands down best experience we've ever had!!
