Today was our first visit to North Stony Dental and my family left absolutely blown away by the care and attention given...from reception through to our wonderful hygienist Hannah and our check in with the dentist all was flawless and superb...my daughter has extreme anxiety and sensory issues surrounding dentists and they all went above and beyond to work with her, explaining everything and taking a moment when needed. Hands down best experience we've ever had!!
my spouse got her teeth cleaned and a check up here .They charged an extra $367.38 out of pocket above the 100% health coverage . they charged two full hours of cleaning, into two separate visits only cleaning the bottom teeth first then making a second appointment for the top teeth using up all the units covered by insurance in the first visit .seems to me like you found a loop hole in the system to screw us. Absolutely top notch professionalism throughout. Dentists and hygienists - kind, skilled, patient, and speak to us as equals. Assistants are wonderful and attentive to needs (fears and questions too). Front staff, especially the office manager - absolute superstars. The patience and effort they’ve shown for my scattered little family has been a true godsend. We moved to Edmonton years ago, we will go to no other dental clinic.
The best dentist I have ever gone to... and that includes all the staff!
Both my son and I love this dental office. They are thorough, knowledgeable, and kind.
