Outstanding customer service! I purchased a bird feeder made by North States, the plexiglass sides cracked and broke. On North States contact page, I sent an email inquiring if those were covered under the warranty. I received a response from Michele in less than 5 minutes telling me they would send me replacements that day, with apologies for the inconvenience.
Amazing experience. I recently updated my flooring from carpet to vinyl. My babies can now push my furniture and get out of the baby gates I did have. My husband went and bought 2 of the Toddleroo's. One of them was missing the anti-slip gripping pads. We contacted the manufacturer, and within a couple hours had a response that the missing pads were on their way.
