I have been going here for a little over 2 years now. Joy is super nice and really great to deal with. She really listens and helps with whatever medical issue you need addressed. The staff is also very nice and helpful as well. Highly recommend if your look for a new primary. Others have complained about fees and lack of transparency. However in my experience both Joys office and Magnolia health upstairs include a packet with everything you need to know and clear direction on costs and fees. Northstate Primary care is the best. Joy Allen’s,NP is wonderful and very trustworthy. She cares for me and my special needs adult son. I couldn’t ask for better care. The support staff is wonderful and caring as well. I’m fortunate to have them as our healthcare team.
