SMR Management is great to work with. They are very accommodating and have always handled my requests for maintenance very fast! I have lived in a few different apartments at different properties and have never had any issues.
These apartments used to be nice place to live but in the last few years it has become horrible. For example, my mother's ceiling was leaking and it took them over 3 months to fix. Management refuses to promptly fix issues or address residents' concern. Also when you confront them about this behavior, they create a hostile living environment and retaliate against you. I highly discourage anyone from living here.
I loved this place up until the last 3 years the management here has been the shittist i have ever seen. They are lazy and dont want to do anything. The tenants clean most common areas themselves. Many of the floors her have huge stains and are sinking in. Smr management is horrible. They do not respond to complaints. The drama from the tenants is horrible.
I have lived in greyhawk for the past 7 years and our landlord have been amazing!!After, seven years its time for my family and I to move on to a bigger place and the hardest thing for us to move is leaving our landlord and hoping we have an amazing landlord at our new place like we do with SMR. I think Kathy and jack need landlord of the year award for all they do for there attendants, understanding and if you need something they make sure it's done!
