First appointment at North Star Vascular & Interventional, and I felt welcomed. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Once in office I wasn't waiting long to see the Dr. I'm looking forward to next appointment.
Had GAE for my right knee. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Especially admin Autumn and Dr Astani. All my questions were promptly answered and I never felt rushed during my initial visit or after the procedure. Highly recommend if a total knee replacement is not the correct option.
Happy happy with the process and the procedure. Every one from Doctors to nurse and front desk so patient and professional. Thank you!!!
