We have been using this storage facility for around 4 to 5 years. We have seen a few different office staff over these years. Each one has always been kind and helpful. We have up sized and down sized units and each time the staff has made the moves very easy. The newest office/site manager, Aiden, always has a smile and greets us by name. We even had the pleasure to meet the regional manager. She happened to be there on a day we had a misunderstanding and she took care of it immediately.
