RecommendedNorth Star failed to warranty their work as promised, it’s only been 1 year. They did a repair and left it unfinished. I’ve called many times and not one response.
2010 installed stone for fireplace, 7 years later, we have at least 2 dozen stones that have fallen off or are loose. Their resolution? to charge us again to remove and reinstall the stones. I would of never expected after 7 years my fireplace would fall apart. Poor workmanship and customer service.
