I hired North Star Restoration for restoring my damaged basement. We searched and searched for a reliable company locally but they were all major disappointments that tried bait and switch schemes in the prices. Luckily I caught on early in the initial phases of the estimate. I recommend North Star. They are transparent and disclose everything you need to know UP FRONT.
There is no restoration business here, its an apartment complex.
I have to say I have never received the service that this company offers. They were very friendly and informative about my couches and area rugs that were being cleaned. But that's not the only thing I was impressed about. The way they made my couches turnout change colors from brown to white. surely needed that to be cleaned. Amazing service amazing work.
