I am a tenant in one of his properties, and he walked right in my house without ringing the bell or knocking. There were 2 appointments made, and then cancelled, so we were home when he walked in. Dexter Craig said he knocked, but our Ring doorbell shows him walking right to the door, sticking the key in the lock, and then entering. Not acceptable, and I will be contacting BBB about this.
Scheduled a showing, 3 days in advance. Two realtors and I arrived but tenant refused our entrance. Said she was never contacted and shut door in our face. Called realtor but no reply, voice message inbox was full. Waited 30 minutes and eventually left.
Three of us with Realtor showed up to view home with 2 days notice confirmed, waited 20 mins. Multiple cars parked and no one willing to come to the door. Tenant appears to be refusing to let the house be shown. Dexter Craig does not provide a way to be reached directly, and the message left via his answering service wss not returned. Left after waiting 25 mins.
