I went in today for a 3D ultrasound, my tech was very nice even though my baby was breech and didn't want to move. I can't remember her name but she had really good bedside manner, and the front desk people were great as well. Next baby I will be coming back and I recommend them. I was very comfortable and they don't charge if they can't get pictures so that was really nice. Great customer service!
There is no better place to go for your Radiology needs. The front office staff made me feel comfortable when I was nervous. The radiologists were very informative and kind. The whole process was a comforting breeze. I have been back there many times for different things over the last two years and have a great experience every time. Every person I have met there is kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for your great work, kindness, and wonderful work ethic.
Absolutely incredible service everytime I call or go in there. Charity and Kendra are always very helpful and so sweet! Customer service is so important and everyone I have had experience with there have always been great! I work in a medical office and I always prefer to refer patients to NSR because the service is great, they are able to work with patients schedules to get them in quickly and we get the results back very promptly! The very best . The front office staff is amazingly kind, compassionate and caring. The MRI technician, he is wonderful at his job. He puts the patient at ease and is very knowledgeable.
