I really didn’t want to do this but the office has really pushed me to my limits. I stopped coming here bc the office manager couldn’t correct my insurance information correctly at the time of service. They kept saying my Medicare won’t approve. And of course it didn’t, I’m not now nor have I ever been on Medicare. I’m 40! I told the manager it’s supposed to be Medicaid. Which was my secondary insurance at the time. The lobby is excellent, you, and everyone else can hear what your therapist thinks about you during their discussion with whoever is at the front desk. Would have one starred if not for the other practitioners.

I had really bad experience with billing they charged me according to them all the copayments at once and later they charged me again, now according to them I owe money but they never gave me my statement and they never answer and i being dealing for couple months. Poor service

Members of my family, adult and child, have seen a few of the providers here over the years and they have all been positive experiences. The office staff is always very helpful and professional, too.
