I enjoyed working with Faith, but when she left I found communication to be unpleasant and difficult, leaving me having to make multiple followups to get clear answers. For example, I was pressured into buying a mini-split to replace baseboard heat in a way where it was "either do it immediately or we will drop you," and so I did, and the tenant promptly gave notice 2 days after it was installed.
