Alex wasn't able to fix my problem with my Mercedes GLE 400 as it needs special Mercedes tools but he told me right up front and actually spent time arming me with advice to help me get it fixed fairly somewhere else. This kind of honestly and kindness in auto repair is sadly very rare these days. Alex shines like the North Star!
