Total waste of time and effort this morning. The elevator won't work so I can't access my storage area. After knocking on the door and running around the building like crazy I finally ran into the employee on duty who said it wouldn't be able to access the elevator until later today when it's fixed. Meanwhile here I am with things loaded to put in storage and I'm stuck. I should at least be able to access my storage area. DISGUSTING!
