The manager at the Nanuet location is the reason you lost a client. Whoever’s at the phones around 9am on 5/28/25 who said she was manager is lazy. I’ve spoken to another person there. She’s lovely and more fitting for the job. She also understands the schedules better. She knows how to scroll. She knows how to make you feel comfortable. She can explain things. Highly recommend! I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Scarallo for close to a year and I, absolutely, realized my therapy goals. He is an amazing therapist and the staff (I did tele-health) were very friendly via email/text. A+ experience overall.
