I 100% recommend this clinic to anyone looking for therapy. My time from the first phone call scheduling an intake to scheduling regular sessions was just 3 days, and they genuinely do their best to streamline the entire process and make sure that their clients get the best care possible. They are very thorough and responsive to any questions you may have, both through phone call and text message. The manager at the Nanuet location is the reason you lost a client. Whoever’s at the phones around 9am on 5/28/25 who said she was manager is lazy. I’ve spoken to another person there. She’s lovely and more fitting for the job. She also understands the schedules better. She knows how to scroll. She knows how to make you feel comfortable. She can explain things.
