We had a hanger on our door and decided to have them come give us a idea of what the cost would be to repair the ishues we have... he was not willing to just take that we were not buying today we wanted a quote. And planned to save to pay for this but he insited we pay today also on his way out about 4 houses down he chucked the mold test sticks out his window into the street will not call them when we do need this work done we will contact better company ! Super pushy not even worth the hassle
Brian currently owes me over $1000 for services that I've provided for his home inspection company as far back as April of this year. I own a radon testing company and he has used us to perform radon tests during his home inspections. He will not respond to my calls or texts or emails anymore. Even if Brian can't help you directly he offers other ideas and solutions. I am very thankful that he was willing to take time out of his busy day to help me find solutions for a mold issue I am having in a rental property. Highly recomended
I had a great experience. The company was very responsive, and the inspector extremely thorough and very helpful! He has a lot of experience, and in less than 24 hrs had a document over 20 pgs. With the inspection all typed up. I highly recommend his services.
I would highly recommend Brian and North Star Inspection Services. Brian found a foundation issue in a home we were purchasing. Walked us through what he thought the issue was and suggested next steps. He followed up after and answered questions I had after the inspection was over. His reports are very detailed and easy to understand. Also included an “action list” of high priority fixes. Thank you Brian!
