We are very pleased with North Star Heating & Air Conditioning. They are honest, fair, accommodating and friendly. Both times we needed them, they were able to squeeze us in same day! Daniel is our tech and he is exceptional at his job and extremely friendly...terrific customer service skills! We have had horrible experiences in the past with a couple other companies that were not honest at all...that is why we had North Star came out the first time to do a second opinion, which saved us $2,400. Daniel was awesome. Came out same day I called. Didn't have the exact parts needed so he made a next day service call, came right on time and did great work in under an hour. Job completed. Definitely have a repeat customer and hopefully we get Daniel again when we call for service in the spring.

Daniel Ortiz did an amazing job checking out my AC. He checked out everything carefully. He is also a nice guy. They are also really affordable.

Daniel did a great job on our A/C tune-up. He was professional, courteous, and efficient, and completed the service quickly while still being thorough. The whole experience was smooth, and I really appreciated his friendly attitude. I would definitely recommend him and the company for HVAC service.

Daniel was amazing made time to come checkout my issue earlier than expected, he was able to diagnose get the part and had my AC running in no time. Very professional and courteous 5 stars.
