This treatment has been life changing for my whole family. It has helped us in the areas of emotional regulation, angry outbursts, anxiety, difficulty sleeping and more. I don't get upset with situations or people and just feel a sense of calmness even in stressful situations. Lindsey and Ashley are both so kind and compassionate. I am so grateful for their expertise and how they have helped my family. I highly recommend North Star!

Lindsey and Ashley at North Star Healing are incredible. The treatment is life changing! I think as humans we all have experienced some sort of trauma in our life. This trauma we have experienced has deregulated our nervous system to some extent and with that I believe anyone can benefit from treatments.
