We have had such an amazing experience with Lindsey at North Star Healing! I was experiencing anxiety, depression, and had gone through a traumatic experience that would loop through my mind all day. After doing Neurofeedback with Lindsey, the trauma loop turned off and my anxiety and depression went away. The team at North Star Healing has gone above and beyond to make sure that neurofeedback has been the most effective thing in regards to regulating my nervous system. The insight and knowledge of this group is immense. As a mom, one of the best things I can give my kids is a regulated mom. Totally worth the investment in yourself and your kids. North Star has been instrumental in dealing with depression and anxiety. In the classic book “The Body Keeps the Score” micro neuro feedback is listed as one of the treatments to seek out, and after having 20 sessions myself, I understand why.
