Ok for basic minor things but if you have anything serious or an actual trauma treated they are not the staff. I was sexually assaulted, and I still haven’t gotten a pap because I have not found one doctor that treats me like a human. This was honestly one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. Dr. Lelcu saw me for less than 20 minutes and completely dismissed me without even listening to me. I felt like I was judged before I even walked in. I’d actually give them maybe half a star, but the least you can give is one, because they receptionist was nice. Dr. Lelcu was probably one of the worst directors I’ve seen.
I went in for an Urgent Care situation. I got in right away and Dr Katie was amazing. The entire staff is amazing. Everyone was kind and patient and extremely helpful. So thankful to have this level of care in our neck of the woods.
So easy to schedule, no hassles, great access, staff was fabulous, we will be back!
