It is the best urgent care clinic in the Brainerd lakes area and they have the best staff you could ask for.
I am still speechless reading the care I received from Dr. Kristy. I am so saddened by what’s happened to the medical system. I am a nurse practitioner so I see it through both lenses. Dr Kristy had a complete lack of empathy and compassion, to a level that makes me wonder why she is in medicine. i felt Dr Lelcu was fantastic as a survivor of DV and SA, and as a neurodivergent person who forgets things and doesn't understand medical/insurance things. the entire staff was really gentle with me and took a lot of time with me. i didn't read reviews before my appointment and am honestly super surprised about the bad impressions from others. maybe i had a different experience because i scheduled online and put a note to please go easy on me. i would definitely consider their staff to be trauma-informed and knowledgeable a... read more

I like the convenience and how i can easily communicate and get in to see the doctor. Dr. Kristy is very direct in her communication and open to listening to the patient. Her nurse is very kind. They respond quickly to messages and inquiries and you can rely on them for timely replies. I prefer direct and cooperative and Dr. Kristy is both.
