I like the convenience and how i can easily communicate and get in to see the doctor. Dr. Kristy is very direct in her communication and open to listening to the patient. Her nurse is very kind. They respond quickly to messages and inquiries and you can rely on them for timely replies. I prefer direct and cooperative and Dr. Kristy is both. Ok for basic minor things but if you have anything serious or an actual trauma treated they are not the staff. I was sexually assaulted, and I still haven’t gotten a pap because I have not found one doctor that treats me like a human. This was honestly one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. Dr. Lelcu saw me for less than 20 minutes and completely dismissed me without even listening to me. I felt like I was judged before I even walked in. I’d actually give them maybe half a star, but the least you can give is one, because they receptionist was nice. Dr. Lelcu was probably one of the worst directors I’ve seen.
