we witnessed north star out of liberty lake do road construction in my hometown and then on a large mountain pass. was not impressed. when I heard everyone complaining, I thought it was crazy. dont complain-they are finally fixing the roads!!! then I witnessed it first hand and saw how horribly disorganized it was. my husband and I both use to work construction... do we are pretty forgiving. first off, one of the flaggers was cussing at my husband when the flagger had not done his job of labeling a road closed. next, on the ... read more
