After a positive first appointment, it seemed they like to change or move appointment times on several ocassions. They also overcharged my partner almost $620 on his first dental cleaning which is absolutely ridiculous.
Really welcoming staff. Had an enjoyable first time experience after leaving my old dentist. Brought my son and partner with me and we all were treated amazingly! We all left happy with the cleaning and my son will come back for an ortho consult as I plan to have his braces done here too!
Closer to the house very convenient! Kind and helpful staff, easy to become a patient here.

Honestly, I’ve never had such a smooth, stress-free dental experience until I visited Dr. Mays at North Star Dentistry. From the second I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The clinic itself is beautiful, clean, and has a really calm vibe that helps take the edge off right away. What really impressed me was how Dr. Mays took her time to walk me through everything.
