They call me the day before to cancel my sons appointment they are no longer excepting his insurance and I said wait he has insurance through my work, they wouldn’t take him because he was still active on the other one! In what universe do you do that to someone! They should be ashamed of that! -1 star for poor service!
We love Dr Jake and Brekke. They dealt with my fears with respect and compassion. When things happen, like fling coming out, they are quick to fit us in. I'm so very glad we found them.
Dr. Jake Smestad is an amazing dentist and friend!! Thank you for being a great dentist!
