It has been a long and frustrating ordeal. They opened my balcony and left the exposed rebar uncovered for weeks, creating a serious risk of corrosion and further structural deterioration. They are working in my condo in Miami . We are having the worst experience ever! A job that was supposed be done in 1 year it will take 1 extra year. They are very unprofesional and they have little consideration for the residents properties. They do not cover your areas profesionally like the floors or balcony railings. Shame on them
In my opinion they are not a good company. We were told that my line (in my high rise) would start in December and to remove ALL furniture from the balconies beforehand and they didn’t start until January! We were told our line would be completed in 6-8 weeks, then they kept pushing back completion date, now we are hoping our line will be done in August, but will it really?! My experience with this company has been beyond negative. In my building it started as a stucco project that quickly turned into pt cable repair which I don’t believe is their forte. Anyway the balconies are covered with old carpeting from my building and plywood just tossed around. Not professionally covered to say the least. They constantly throw water bottles, paint buckets, brooms and leave it all day on my balcony. They have no regard for the residents whatsoever.
