Easy to deal with and did a great job
I have had Bradley in numerous times to do spot cleanings after pets had dirtied our carpet. He has always been able to fit me in quickly and responds to messages promptly, which I really appreciate. He takes care of dirt and odors perfectly and is in and out quietly and smoothly; and is personable and respectful of the property as well. I have already recommended him on, as we have been very pleased-and I will continue to use his services, gladly. Big recommends.
North Star has been available quickly when needed in my home as well as friends & customers homes, the work has always been excellent.
Bradley was extremely easy to plan with, and very punctual. His positive attitude and openness to questions made the experience way less stressful. He made sure I understood the process and the different cleaners that he used. He was also very easy to reach when I had questions about post carpet treatment dry time. All in all, committed to doing a great job and making sure his customers are happy with not only the result, but also the process.
Came in immediately on a weekend and got the job done quick and clean.
