Very friendly staff and bankers are very helpful.
Horrible customer service. They will not honor our legally notarized financial POA and insist on dealing with our mentally incapacitated mother. Even after we paid for wheelchair transportation to bring her to the branch to ensure that we were on her account as POA (and provided the POA paperwork, again). They still asked for medical proof that she is unable to cognitively make decisions, despite the POA stating that it's in effect even if she is incapacitated or incompetent.
