Horrible customer service. Rude techs. Never returning to this place again.
RecommendedThe entire staff, especially Dr. Mendez, are wonderful! They treat me and my horde like family. They treat me with respect and really listen, understand my goals, and answer my questions honestly and reasonably. I have missed this type of veterinary care and clinic for many years. Top notch care and people. Prices are competitive and reasonable. I actually pay less for services from them than I did at a national chain even with the "wellness" plans, and the quality of care doesn't even compare.
They were so caring and understanding. They took the time to explain what we need to do to take care of our kitty. They didn't make me take him to the emergency clinic but agreed to help him at the clinic. They took great care of him and nursed him back to health and he really should not have survived. I gave them a budget and they honored that. When Mossi got sick again they were very honest about everything and could not have been more caring when it was time to say goodbye.
Ginger had a couple teeth removed and the experience couldn’t have been better. You can feel the love and compassion these professionals have for animals. Piper is laying on her to make sure she’s doing good.

This place is pretty pricey and come to find out they have sold me on things I really do not need. Also, when asking if I could skip the blood work for my four year old dog (yes I know dog years are different) before getting his dental work, they told me no. He had had blood work done for dental work done not even a year ago. Researching other vets, I was told it was my decision but the blood work was not necessary. I did enjoy the facility and staff, but I am saving money elsewhere and getting quality care there too.
