The np made up symptoms in my chart, did not do an Sri screening or an annual pap like I asked. I asked her not to make up symptoms. She was unable to preform the procedure and scheduled me for an ultrasound. I also asked for my annual and and Sti screening. She asked not to do those in my visit. When I came back for the ultrasound, there were symptoms in my chart that I don’t have, I told the tech those symptoms should not be there, she told me there must be a reason they were there. Can't say enough about how wonderful Beth Gray NP was on my first visit! It was as if we were friends for years. Her knowledge and calming nature was exactly what I needed! Everything about this office staff was amazing.
I really wish I didn’t have to write this review. I was a new patient at North Springs OBGYN. Everything seemed great, nice floors. I mean, if you don’t like to advocate for yourself. When I was informed they would be taking a prenatal screening at my first appointment the receptionist assured me it was 3 viles, and couldn’t tell me exactly what they test for. Well, they took 5.
