Dr.Kuan was helpful until he wasn't. I missed an annual checkup due to a hunting trip in a remote area in MT. When I returned home to realize I had missed the appointment. I called immediately. He and is staff declined me as a patient. This turned my life into a total scramble. I would look elsewhere for a kidney specialist.
If I could give them zero stars I WOULD. My mother passed away Tuesday night after a tragic medical emergency and we have told them multiple times that our mom has passed away and if she owes money or any thing else that they can send it by mail. They call her phone over and over and over and they will not let us grieve without harassing us.
