Very epic, an amazing trainer. 10/10 would lift again.
Great place to train, went in there benching 65 pounds. Aarron took me under his wing, gave me all his strength and knowledge. I came out after 1 day benching 625!! This dude is absolutely insane, a real doll of a guy. I hope he can do the same for you but of course he can he's AARRon Ransford. Biggest thighs I've ever seen. Love u aaron!!
