I've been coming here for a couple of years and have always had a great experience. David Wald is an exceptional PT and has not only been treating my debilitating injuries but let's me pick his brain for personal training advice.
No one was wearing masks (as a medical office they are still legally required to and I live with someone high risk so it's extremely important) and Liz Falso wasn't wearing shoes or socks. She dug sheets out of a pile and put them on the massage table in front of me. There was no evidence the sheets were clean. She also dug a pillow out of a pile and the pillowcase looked dirty.
