1) didn't include remote instructions in the packaging 2) shipped screen programmed reversed and blamed customer for programming it wrong. I have high resolution video to proof their screen and remote arrived programmed reverse and now blaming me 3) super rude staff. Looks like they work from a house and husband and wife sound to be owner. We were looking to replace our old warn out patio shade. After looking at various websites rather than going with a local contractor. We decided to do it ourselves. After a short phone call we ordered a new roll up shade for our enclosed patio. My kids and I were able to install it ourselves on a Saturday. We are ready for summer!!!

From the moment I called, I was greeted by a very friendly and informative female who listened carefully and took notes as I explained what I wanted.
