Detailed, diligent, honest, generous, the list goes, there’s actually not enough words to articulate how exceptional the workers, their hearts, and time they invest into every project! We were 30 miles from home, and broke down directly across the street across from North Smithfield Auto Body. We could not believe our luck; if we were going to break down, what better place to do it, than across from a place that towed! When I called, I was greeted by a most friendly gentleman, (who turned out to be the owner), he quoted a fair price, and promised as soon as a tow truck was free he would have us taken care of. The paint work and body work is excellent they do what they say they’re going to do and they deliver on time. Tom has gone out of his way to help me keep my business running by getting my trucks fixed and back on the road ASAP sometimes without even washing them LOL thank you so much you helped me keep my business moving forward.
I had a spoiler fall off my car so I needed the screw holes welded and filled and I needed scratches from the spoiler fixed and the trunk lid to be paint matched. 2019 subaru legacy. They gave me a loaner car free of charge while they had my car in the shop. The work was done so quickly and professionally. I cant even begin to explain how grateful I am for Rich and Tom in helping me with my car. I got into a car accident and they went above and beyond to fix my car (it looked AMAZING after) like brand new. They detailed the entire inside and even returned my rental car for me. The process of getting into an accident is normally super stressful and they made it the easiest process. I recommend them 100%, 5+ stars. Go to them!!!! 10/10.
