If you are looking for a home this is NOT the place Guardian management now run the place a d have made it worse than any other place has. Save yourself
This place is trash horrible management. Can't even get our dumpsters dumped every week, yards always over grown, nothing gets fixed. When we ask for help we get ignored for months
The trash is always overflowing and Im not sure im comfortable living here anymore. In the last month there has been atleast 4 car break ins. One of them being mine and the cops did absolutely nothing. Management knows about it and they do nothing. Someone is breaking into the cars @ north slope village apartments and nothing is being done about it. Next they will be breaking into apartments. Because they know nothing is being done.
I have lived here for about 7 years and honestly my big problems are how often the management changes luckily the ones we got now are amazing. The amount for rent we pay considering how ran down this place is, is not acceptable. Can't even give my son a proper bath
Great community but apartments are very run down. Rent is very affordable.
