I called Northside Plumbing to come fix my sump pump. There were two issues a loud noise on the main pump and the back up pump wasn't properly working. They sent out Antonio Gaytan who was a great resource and quickly identified my problem. He fixed the main pump with a simple procedure and installed a new backup battery repairing my backup pump. This was all done in around an hour. Thanks Antonio and Northside Plumbing.
Very frustrating experience with this company. My kitchen sink had a small leak (a drip) underneath so I asked to have a plumber to come fix it. He said I needed an entirely new faucet so I went out and bought one. Then they couldn't come out for 3 days to fix it but promised I would be the first customer after open and would arrive by 8:45am. I got a call at 9 to ask if they could bump me to 11 am. I agree completely with Adam D's review of Bob. Throws his hands up, acts disgusted and walks away handing off the issue to the bookkeeper who comes out and falsely accuses me of what I said to Bob. In other words, without saying it, she accused me of being a liar. I said we need lower the temperature of the conversation and the bookkeeper kept right up with her accusations.
