Recipients received their flowers one day before the requested delivery date. The requested delivered date was the deceased birthday and you all ruined the surprise without notifying me first to even offer me an alternative. I understand it is holiday season, but fix your " delivery calendar " to reflect the days you don't deliver on. I would have been happy to pick them up in person. But you all chose to do it yourselves without calling me.

Northside Florist provided us with the perfect flowers for our wedding day. The center pieces and bouquet were absolutely gorgeous.
