Order flowers for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loves them I ordered online a bit was very easy. Great job to the flower shop
Placed an order for standing flowers for a funeral service and was very disappointed. I was sent a picture of the flowers I wanted to order by the owner and did not receive the same size. They were much smaller than what was sent to me & for $280 I don’t think that’s a fair price either for what I ended up getting the day of the service. I contacted the owner, there was no apology nor sympathy. So prior to booking I would say maybe go take a look at them in person. Recipients received their flowers one day before the requested delivery date. The requested delivered date was the deceased birthday and you all ruined the surprise without notifying me first to even offer me an alternative. I understand it is holiday season, but fix your " delivery calendar " to reflect the days you don't deliver on. I would have been happy to pick them up in person. But you all chose to do it yourselves without calling me.
I was planning a rehearsal dinner from over 500 miles away. Great communication through email and flowers were amazing.
