unprofessional and very rude and questions people about there money and wrote down my license plate number for no reason and I did file a complaint
Paid our home equity payment on April 26. Got a letter from North Side dated May 5 (nine days after the payment) saying the "account is unpaid". Charged a late fee. This bank is an administrative nightmare - 6th time in 24 months, and every single payment has been made under the banks terms. Customer service is extremely difficult to work with. Taking my banking needs elsewhere.
You are truly bloodsuckers! Although my opinion seems to be of a minority, I do hope it makes some sort of impact!
