Loved the apartment itself but horrible landlord to have to deal with. Basement flooded once and no communication from her, found out from my neighbor and many of my things ruined. Door chain on door didn’t work properly, could open from the outside which is very scary as a young female living alone. When I brought it to her attention she said it was fine and no issues… refused to fix it. Endless cold showers throughout the winter. We have lived here since June of 2017 and we love it here. The rent is reasonable, it has maintenance so we don't have to take care of lawn care and snow removal in the parking lots. I am so happy with this place. And the tenants we know are really nice.
Nice apartment, terrible landlord. She would question my guests, was very rude in interactions with her, and made my experience a very uncomfortable one.
Terrible management. Landlord is very judgemental and rude. They wouldn't allow us to renew our lease and didn't give a reason why. Apartment itself was nice. Wouldn't recommend because of the management.
