We cannot thank the imaging team enough for the incredible care we received. The sonographers were not only highly skilled and professional, but also so kind, patient and reassuring at every appointment. They made what was an anxious time feel calm and supported. Highly recommend North Shore Women's Imaging. After some negative experiences at a more well known Women's imaging chain I tried this practice and have been so happy with the choice. Every interaction is thoughtful, kind and goes to plan. Very well run and convenient.
We have had 3 scans in this place (dating, 13 weeks and 20 weeks) and they have been efficient and satisfactory. Aside from the unexpected waiting time for the first two scans (not their fault, happens with any medical setting), the process was smooth and the monographers were respectful and knowledgeable. I had requested extra photos as well after my scans and they happily obliged. Thank you again!
Amazing service! Big thanks to Joanne and the entire reception staff for making my wife and I feel so comfortable. Joanne made our experience super pleasant and was kind enough to answer any question we had during the scan.
