HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I had an appointment for 6:20 pm on a Monday. I was coming from Queens and was sitting in traffic for over an hour due to the rain. I arrived at 6:29 pm and received a call from the office while I was in the elevator 5 seconds away. I arrived and was greeted from the receptionist with, “Dr. Goldman will not see you.” As I stood there in disbelief, I explained coming from Queens and there being heavy traffic due to the rain. They turned me away saying I was late while the receptionist spoke to someone else. It was so bad they were so rude
Absolutely horrible experience especially for having my first child. The doctors are lovely but heavily rushed. My first complaint was my paperwork being mixed with another client’s. Another complaint is that I asked for my medical forms to be released to a birth center and I’m still waiting and it’s been a month!
Never coming back here again the wait times are so crazy.. been waiting for 45 minutes already just for a sonogram
