I first contacted Robert at Northshore Wildlife because there was a squirrel nest with a mother and babies above my balcony. The aggressive behavior was concerning my tenants, and Robert was initially helpful in identifying a plan for humane removal and exclusion. The written contract specified removal of the nest and squirrel exclusion by closing all entry points to provide long-lasting protection. We’ve used North Shore Wildlife twice now and they have done a great job both times. Last year we did the mouse exclusion package and they helped clear out existing mice and fill in potential entrance points. Recently they cuhelped us when we had some skunks nesting under our deck. They removed 3 skunks for us and our dog can roam the backyard safely again! Robert, Rick, and Andrew were all kind, helpful and effective.

TRUE STORY! I found a skunk under my bed at 11pm on a Monday night. Robert was at my house in 30 minutes. He set a trap and had the skunk out of my house WITHOUT SPRAYING by 8am the following morning. Unbelievable service and professionalism! Thanks Robert!
They were wonderful to work with. They really care about the critters that they trap. They were very attentive and easy to work with.
