They make the dog’s annual visit stress free.
They do a really good job at recognizing and managing temperament. The call from your car thing takes a bit of getting used to, but you come to appreciate it. Awaiting surgery to see if they earn the 5th star.
First and only vet my puppy was scared to enter. I think calming pheromones are used here so that may have been it. The jury is still out on the whole phone process for every interaction (possibly a hold over from COVID).
