Do not go here. Nurse is extremely rude. I will more than likely be filling a formal complaint after what happened to me there. The way they handled my father's medical emergency last year was not good either.

Checked website (no option for booking appointments) nothing stating "No Walk ins" We Arrive for Urgent Care & they tell me I needed an appointment. When i pointed out that it does not state that anywhere on website, the woman at the check-in desk all responded with rude & condescending attitudes. If the office do not accept walk-ins, that no longer makes you an "Urgent Care". Taking "appointment only" makes you a doctors office. Very disappointing experience at MGH Danvers Urgent Care. Zero stars! I had an X-ray upstairs and afterward became extremely dizzy, nauseous, clammy, pale, and unsteady on my feet. This was around 7:20–7:25 PM on a Monday. I had been experiencing these symptoms off and on for a couple of days and was becoming concerned. Once again, a case of good doctors with an incompetent staff. I noticed when I was leaving the office that although the doctor had told me she had sent 2 prescriptions, my pharmacy had only received one. I went right back in and told them about the problem, and they assured me they sent it again. I said specifically that I was trying to avoid sitting in a pharmacy for hours while sick, so I wanted to make sure it went through. The prescription was not transmitted.
