I highly recommend North Shore Spinal & Sports Rehab. I got help for recovery from meniscus tears in both legs. Each of the ten therapy hours were well spent because the sessions were one-on-one and the therapist paid close attention to technique, making sure I was doing each exercise correctly. I never had to wait for very long before a scheduled session, the staff are all friendly and polite, and the facility is quiet and clean. I limped into their offices in July, in hopes of completing my first Marathon this year. I followed their advice, and yesterday I crossed the finish-line, injury-free. Dr. J helped with the diagnosis (achilles tendinitis) and the the overall plan, and Cyprian assisted with the PT throughout. They are a great team - experienced and professional - highly recommend them.
They are the best!! I broke my tibia and could not put any weight on my left leg. It was scary, but with everyone’s help and support I’m able to walk again. Cyprian was my therapist and knew exactly what he was doing. He was very kind and always happy to help and answer any questions I had. I am 88 years old and came down with a spinal infection. I was hospitalized and in a rehab facility for about 4 months. The infection was cured, but the pain was still intense. I had to use a walker. I started physical therapy here at North Shore about 3 months ago. Today I graduated, no painful sleepless nights. no walker, no pain of any kind. No drugs or pain killers. LIFE IS GREAT.
