I needed some quick roof repair and I was so pleased when Peter from North Shore Roofing was there NEXT DAY. They replaced missing shingles and secured some other loose ones just in time for a big rainstorm. Unfortunately more shingles came loose after some strong winds. Again Peter and his team were out immediately to secure the remaining shingles.
Peter and crew did a great job installing a new rubber roof on the rear of my 1950's cape. The old roof was easily 30 years old and in rough shape. NS Roofing did a great job ensuring the new rubber membrane was solid, all flashing was tight, and that we are good to go for another 30 years. Peter and April were great to work with, very fair pricing, and very accommodating schedule wise as we had to fit the roof in a small window with other major ongoing renovations.
I recently had the roof stripped and re-shingled. I also had 2 skylight windows replaced, and the shed roof was done as well. Peter came and gave a detailed estimate just a couple of days after I called. April returned my calls quickly and kept me well informed. North Shore Roofing did a wonderful job! The roof was completed quickly and the price was very reasonable. I recommend North Shore Roofing to everybody.
I waited until two rainstorms occurred before I wrote this review, hoping that North Shore Roofing had fixed the persistent leak around my chimney. Well…after the storms, all was DRY! Peter Miller correctly assessed the source of the water leak, and repaired a very vulnerable area, where chimney met a steep roof pitch.
