As you read the comments below it is important to understand that this is a busy clinic and appointments are hard to get. If, like me, you are referred here you probably have a condition that's causing stress. Trying to detach from 'busy' receptionists; the experience from a clinical perspective is outstanding. Tried to make a booking but the receptionist was rude and sass. She didn't want to answer my questions and was very unprofessional and short with me. Trust the reviews u read here and don't waste ur time and money. Please go to an actual professional if you value ur life. Don't put ur life in the hands of these clowns.
Was referred to this specialist clinic by my gp. I took my medical documents to them personally and the secretary told me they were busy but will try and fit me in and for me to keep my phone on as I will be contacted. I have been waiting one and a half months now. They could have had the common courtesy to atleast give me an update or any contact at all.
