I don’t understand why the reception had to be rude. I admit I came late, that part is my fault. I asked to reschedule, but instead of rejecting me respectfully, she got upset and said something about how if I informed them earlier, they could call another patient to come instead. Somehow she makes me thinking she just focus on more money making instead of treating patient nicely. I thank my GP for recommending this professional clinic and would advise others to obtain referrals for any respiratory or sleep issues. I was able to make an appointment efficiently and saw Dr Don who identified my problem and developed a management plan that I was able to understand and now I feel so much better and can walk and breathe easily again.

As the advocate for a patient with post-operative bilateral pulmonary embolism, atelectasis, and DVT, I tried to schedule an urgent consult at this clinic, with a pending GP referral (1-hour away) and explained the patient’s critical condition.
