I arrived without an appointment. Extremely helpful lady at reception said she would see if the radiographer could fit me in. I waited for no more than 10 minutes before receiving my ultrasound. A very satisfactory visit. Friendly and super-helpful staff. Thank you.
I would suggest going literally anywhere but here. General management/service is absolutely atrocious. After receiving my referral, NSR made an appointment for me without notifying me or my primary carer. I received an appointment reminder only 3 hours before this unknown appointment (leaving me unable to make plans to attend) and was called when I did not show up, despite the fact that I am not the primary contact and NSR had previously been clearly instructed not to communicate with me directly but with my carer. Very efficient from first call to assist with an urgent appointment. Upon arrival , friendly check in staff , hardly any waiting , both procedures were done by friendly & professional staff , radiologist came to assess and give feedback, accounts efficient. Thanks for your professional treatment and care

I had a contrast enhanced around November 2024 and the charge was $480. Had another recently and the charge was $647. Gone up by almost $200 in 10 months.
