I visited North Shore Private Radiology for my regular MRI tonight. My appointment was after hours as the radiology team work till 10:00 pm so staffing at the front desk was thin on the ground. However, the young man at the desk was calm & collected, did a great job of managing patient traffic & even walked me to where I needed to be. Taking over from him, my radiologist was thorough and kept checking to see if I was comfortable, making sure she injected the contrast as gently as possible, again, walking me to the cubicle af... read more
All the staff are calm, kind and professional. I highly recommend this place.
I found the "General Manager" of NSRNM to be unpleasant and a bully.....sadly....almost mendacious. This is a negative and weak attribute .....particularly for someone holding this job title. My view only. I had the pleasure of reading yet another lousy review of North Shore Radiology. How extraordinary.
