First time visiting this establishment. Recommended by my contractor. Came in for a replacement hot water heater that had gone bad within the warranty period. James was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, funny and kindly guided me through the process explaining everything carefully. Would absolutely 💯 recommend this place and especially James for excellent customer service. Keep up the great work ! Thank you.
