I had an excellent experience with North Shore! The whole team was professional and easy to work with. They really went above and beyond helping me with my apartment renovation and made what could have been a painful and scary process seamless and stress-free!

Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff and managers were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They refused to accept an unused sink even though our invoice clearly did NOT say “Final Sale” or “No Returns.” Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they kept making excuses. I strongly recommend staying away from this business. I will never do business here again.
