Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff and managers were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They refused to accept an unused sink even though our invoice clearly did NOT say “Final Sale” or “No Returns.” Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they kept making excuses. I strongly recommend staying away from this business. I will never do business here again.

After some time I went back to this place. Prices are too high. Some time you forget why you don’t go certain plumbing supplies and when you go back you tell yourself” that’s why I haven’t been here for a long time”. It is like a crazy uncle who you never go to visit.

I came to buy a part months ago. When I called the day before they told me it was a certain price. The person at the front asked me for what price they gave me. I asked him what price does his system say. He asked me like 4x what price I was given, but I wanted to check if the price I was given was the same. He quoted me for about $16 higher. The customer service in Northern boulevard is very bab service . The attendees for employees is very bab . Especially the men's on the counter.
